Shipping Policy

We ship eligible orders containing portable rocking chairs, beach chairs, stadium seating, stationary outdoor chairs, portable shade products, outdoor kitchen stations, portable tables, outdoor seating accessories, and product bundles to destinations accepted during checkout. Delivery restrictions can apply because of carrier coverage, local rules, or item limitations.

Timing and charges

Our store usually prepares an order in about 1–2 business days. Transit is commonly estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch, but neither window is guaranteed. Weekends, holidays, weather, volume, customs, and carrier events can extend these estimates. Any free-shipping offer and the final delivery charge are determined at checkout.

Order information and tracking

Please provide an accurate delivery address, email, and telephone number. Tracking updates are sent when available. For a delayed or lost parcel, a delivered scan with no parcel, or shipping damage, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, issue summary, and any useful photos so we can review the available carrier record and next steps.
